Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 8-10 juicy tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup pisco
  • 2 tablespoons ají panca paste
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb  spaghetti
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
