  • 1lbs. pork tenderloin, cut into medallions
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup, sugar free
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. water
