pBeing both Mixed Martial Arts aficionados, my roommate, G, and I planned weeks ago this Saturday evening out at Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the UFC fight between Carlos Condit and Georges St-Pierre. But rain came late in the afternoon and since we were both too comfortable in our PJ’s and unwilling to brave the weather, we opted instead for pay-per-view and make-our-own buffalo chicken wings.   • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup hot pepper sauce (Frank’s Red Hot)
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
