Are you shocked to see another title with the words “Apple Cider” in them?
Or, or…are you the coolest readers ever and saw the title and did something like this…
“Apple Cider Smoothies?! I LOVE APPLE CIDER AND I LOVE SMOOTHIES!! WOOOOOOOOOO JESS IS AWESOME!”

Well, I hope you were somewhat excited about it, because apples and pumpkins have taken over my life until, well, forever.
I had my first Pumpkin Spice Latte the other day, and the Autumn Angel Choir sang out as I took my first sip. But they also spoke to me to whip up a breakfast smoothie for all the apple-lovers out there.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup peeled, chopped apples (frozen if you have the time!)
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp apple pie spice
