Triple Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Hello friends!

I must apologize: I promised you all a coconut lentil curry post for Tuesday, but time just got away from me.

With my graduation ceremony, family grad parties and quality-time with the parents, I completely forgot to edit photos and describe to you all just how much I loved that curry.

But I am working on it!

It shall be posted soon (I hope) but for now, as it’s currently too hot for comfort here in NJ, I thought I’d share a no-bake, sweet treat that truly can be enjoyed for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup blueberries,
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp agave (or honey)
