I’M GRADUATING COLLEGE ON SUNDAY!!!
Teehee okay maybe there aren’t cheers, but I am quite excited for this and there is SO MUCH to do before my parents get here from Florida.
The room is still in shambles and I want it semi-presentable, not to mention I am in desperate need of a hair cut.
So, with that in mind, I’ve whipped up a simple, yet elegant dessert to share with you all.
Oh and not only is it delicious, but you can make it gluten-free in a snap!
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or almond flour for GF version)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 8oz cream cheese, at room temp
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 heaping cup blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or any fruit you'd like
