  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 200 g champions, sliced (or the type of mushrooms you prefer)
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 200 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 5 tablespoons canned corn
  • 50 g sprouts
