California Steak Burrito with Grilled Zucchini

Fresh and flavorful, these burritos have enough smokey, zip, and just down right delciousness to make everybody love them!

Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini, sliced, and drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper
  • 2 Ears of Corn on the Cob
  • 1 Cup Cotija Cheese (Found in the cheese section or the chilled hispanic section, usually by the deli meats and meat department)
  • 1 Cup Salsa (We used Chachies;)
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Flank Steak
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • La Crema (found by the cotija cheese)
  • Chili Powder
  • Fresh Tortillas
