Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb whole wheat angel hair pasta
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • red pepper flakes, a few shakes (~1/8 teaspoon)
  • 3/4 lb shrimp & scallops (I used about 1/2 lb shrimp and only a few scallops- use any combo you like)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (I just eyeballed this based on what was left in the jar- feel free to use more or less depending on how much sauce you like)
  • 1/3 cup starchy pasta water
  • handful of kalamata olives, pitted and chopped (~1/3 cup)
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • lemon zest
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley
  • salt and pepper
