Many eggnogs contain stabilizers and ‘extra’ ingredients to make them thick. This eggnog is creamy, naturally thick and delicious on it’s own or with your favourite spirit.
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 cups cashew milk beverage or canned coconut milk
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg (use freshly grated, not powdered, it’s what gives this eggnog its flavour)
