Ingredients

  • 250g (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3 medium eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 50g (1/2 cup) ground almonds - the grainy kind, not the flour
  • 4 heaped tbsp peanut butter
  • 6 heaped tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp chopped roasted hazelnuts
