Spring Green

Spring is here, and me and Max felt like doing something fresh and healthy. We came up with the colour green, to suit the season and the food that we feel like eating right now.  The time for eating long cooked stews and roasted vegetables is finishing, and now salads, fruits and lighter meals are sought after.

We decided an easy, fresh, cold cucumber soup was an unusual idea, especially when served with super tasty Parmesan Crisps.  A fresh pasta with steamed green vegetables, Cream cheese sauce with herbs. To finish, stewed apples served with Green tea mousse  and lime.
