Vanilla Mousse with Stewed Pears
I am ardently trawling food blogs at the moment. I think this is where some of the best and most modern food and food photography is coming from right now. When you remove the confines of a commercial outlet (magazines, books etc), I am amazed at what people can produce with little more than personal passion. And it seems that if you get it right, it could lead to all kinds of new endeavors and career opportunities. It has almost entirely inspired me to take on this project. Without the shadow of a client standing over you, its much easier to be creative.
