Bloody Mary

I wanted to do a Bloody Mary because, for a cocktail, it is perceived differently to most.  Probably one of few that’s acceptable to drink in the morning, and after consumption of too much alcohol the previous day!

I used to work in a cocktail bar, not an impressive one.  We served more students than anyone and the busiest night of the week was 2 for 1 night.

But with Bloody Marys I noticed, everyone has their preferences.  I gave up quite quickly trying to follow garbled instructions from the customers on how much chilli, pepper or Worcestershire sauce they like, and I would resign to leaving the ingredients on the bar for the customers to serve themselves.
