Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup finely, crushed almonds
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup plus 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
  • 3 to 5 peaches
