Rava-1cup

Sugar-1cup

Water-2cups

Ghee-3tbsp

Cardamom powder-1tsp

Cashew nuts-12

Raisins-1tbsp

Kesari colour-a pinch

Heat 2tbsp ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins .keep it aside.

Add rava and fry till light brown.

Add hot water and sugar.

Keep on stirring to prevent the formation of lumps

When it becomes thick, add cashews and cardamom powder.

Cook till it’s almost dry.

Grease a plate and pour this mixture on it. Garnish with cashews and raisins.
