2.Grated coconut-3/4 cup
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Grind the above ingredients to a thick paste.
In a large microwave safe bowl,mix ground paste,chopped spinach,green chilly,tomato,salt and 1/2 cup water.
Cover and cook on 100% power for 6 minutes.
Add coconut oil and mix well.
Serve hot with rice.
