Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of spelt flour (or all-purpose if you like)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of sea salt
  • 1 tsp. of any other herbs you may like such as fennel, oregano...be creative!
  • 50 grams of olive oil
  • 1 tbs. of honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of kefir
