One fantastic meal!
I got the inspiration for this dish from my sister-in-law, Aggie, who made these Grilled Veggie Naan Pizzas with Pesto Sauce.
I made mine with fresh mozzarella, tomato slices and pesto. We loved the slightly charred and crunchy crust that you get when grilling the Naan Bread. An easy weeknight meal or cut into pieces for an appetizer.

Grilled Tomato and Mozzarella Naan Pizza
Recipe adapted from Aggie's Kitchen
- 4 Naan Flatbreads (found in deli section or speciality breads)
- 8 tablespoons pesto, homemade or store bought (I used Classico brand)
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh Mozzarella, sliced (from deli or speciality cheese section)
- olive oil
