Smoked Salmon Quinoa Patties with Lemon Caper Tartar Sauce
The Healthy New Year Challenge for Virtual Potluck continues, this week is our main course, featuring Bob’s Red Mill Quinoa and California Olive Ranch Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I have made quinoa a few times but it isn’t something that I have quite put it on the menu rotation.
