HI THERE! :) It has been quite a while since visiting my blog. I have been heavily based on instagram and school that I haven't had much time tending to this blog. I'm attacking the goals i've set this year to hopefully expand this thing that I have going on! I'm learning about myself everyday while having instagram and friends to help guide me to become the person I strive to be. So, I've decided that this blog will only be where I post recipes, while I can be more personal and open on new projects i'm working on that will also incorporate recipes, blogging, and my other passions in life. ALRIGHTY, let's get to the banana split ice cream waffle you have all probably came here for (BECAUSE ITS SUPER DELICIOUS):
As I've stated on instagram, the waffle recipe is not mine. The blogger famous Dana (and John) from The Minimalist Baker have created a wonderful, fool-proof, healthy, gluten free recipe that I have stuck to after trying multiple failed waffle recipes throughout pinterest (main inspo here y'all). I find this recipe one to be very versatile given that it is plant based! I changed a few things in the recipe but I totally recommend you check her recipe out!!
I'm trying to post more of "steps" pictures so that it would me more clear for you to understand even though you probably won't need it for this recipe. But enjoy anyway!
THE FINAL PRODUCT: Healthy Raspberry Caramel Banana Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce on top of a perfect gluten free waffle.
This can be easily made into a waffle sandwich, too!

- 3 tbsp water to start (may need more)
