Ingredients

  • One batch potato gnocchi, preferably homemade
  • For the gorgonzola sauce:
  • 25g (1/4 stick) butter
  • 200g (7 oz) gorgonzola cheese (see Notes)
  • 500ml (1 pint) heavy cream
  • 100g (3-1/2 oz) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
