Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1½ tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (I used kosher salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon chile paste with garlic (such as sambal oelek) *I did not have this ingredient so I added a pinch of chili powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
