This smoked chipotle pineapple ham is an update on the classic honey glazed ham. It's sweet and smokey with just a hint of tang from the pineapple.
- 1 5lb. Fully Cooked Spiral Sliced Smoked Ham
- 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Honey
- ⅓ Cup Your Favorite BBQ Sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 1 Heaping Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Can (20 oz) Pineapple Slices in their own juice
