Thai Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl cooked rice
  • ½  an onion(sliced)
  • 2 nips garlic(chopped)
  • A bit of kailan leaves
  • 4-5 fresh prawns(de shell and leave tail intact)
  • 1 egg (beaten lightly)
  • 5 small tomatoes(halve)
  • Aji no moto(to taste)
  • A pinch of white pepper powder
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Sauces
  • ½ tbsp thick soya sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • Heat the pan and pour 2 tbsp oil with the sesame oil. Saute garlic until aromatic, add in onions and prawns and sauté further.Add in kalian leaves ,tomatoes and the sauces.Dish all the ingredients to the side , and in the centre pour in the beaten egg. If not enough oil, you can add abit more for the egg to cook.Slightly scramble the egg , then add in the cooked rice. Stir the rice until well combined with all the ingredients. Add in aji no moto, pepper powder .Dish out.Garmish with chopped spring onions. Cut some red chillies and mix it with some light soya sauce.Serve it  with the fried rice.
