I’ve made this kimchi jjigae with homemade napa cabbage kimchi (of course!), tofu, bean sprouts, diced chicken breast, etc. (just use anything leftover in my fridge). I ate it with red rice and homemade kkakdugi (cube radish kimchi), so delicious! Thanks Maangchi ♥
