Gungjung-tteokbokki (궁중떡볶이)

This is the Gungjung-tteokbokki :궁중떡볶이 that i made for dinner tonight.. It was a very easy recipe to follow, and the taste was great. I used sliced fresh rice cake instead, which i bought from korean supermarket, and also used shiitake mushrooms instead of white mushroom (cause i didn’t have the white mushroom available at home).. My mum and brother enjoyed the Gungjung-tteokbokki (my mum asked me to translate the recipe for her) ^^ thanks for the recipe, Maangchi.. I will try the spicy tteokbokki version in my next cooking ^^
