This the 2nd time I made this kimchi, I had an emergency and I was craving my favorite radish kimchi but the store was out. So luckily, I had ingredients at home to make it. I used 4 korean radishes because they were not big like the ones used in the video.. but enough for about 4 pounds. The salting process made a lot more than the juice in this recipe so I used all of it so that it doesn’t go to waste.
