Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Tenderloin Tacos and Sliders

Today is a trifecta of awesomeness: it’s Taco Tuesday, Two-Fer Tuesday and it’s the first day of October, which also means it’s the first day of “Porktober”! Ingredients

  • 3 tsp chipotle powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 3 limes (juiced)
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 8 medium flour or corn tortillas
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 large avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime (sliced into 8 wedges)

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 12 fl oz Dr Pepper
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 24 Hawaiian rolls
  • blue cheese crumbles
  • roasted mushrooms
