Ingredients

  • 150ml milk (I used 1%, again any would do)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (I used reduced fat, but any would do)
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 3 tsp. cane sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 1/4 cup bread flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
