Mmmmmm....Lobster! It's been a long time since we've had lobster here in the Myers' house. It is a real splurge, but this past week we had lobster for dinner TWICE!! Twice in one week?? You are probably thinking we were one of the Powerball winners, right?? No, we didn't win (didn't play), but it was a special week. Don and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary! Hard to believe! Two days after our anniversary is Don's birthday, so we took advantage of a great sale our local store was having, and we enjoyed succulent, delicious lobster tails on the cheap...twice!
- 2-4 whole lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- salt to taste
- ground white pepper, to taste
