Crock Pot Corn Dip

Crock Pot Corn Dip

I love the crock pot for parties. You can throw all the goodies into the crock pot before your guests get there. And, the slow cooker does all the work for you. Maybe just a stir or two, and you’re all set.

You may remember last year for Tailgating Snacks Month I shared my recipe for Slow Cooker Chipotle Bean Dip, a smoky spicy bean dip that’s got all the football moves!

My Crock Pot Corn Dip was inspired by two recipes. Chrisy at Homemade Hooplah posted a Creamed Corn recipe back in 2014, and I can say that I’ve made this recipe many times now, but I made it not as a dip, instead it’s always been served as a side dish in my house. I’ve made it for Thanksgiving dinner, for special dinners, and for just weeknight stuff. So when I decided I wanted to make a Crock Pot Corn Dip I knew I wanted to start here. Then, I used An Affair from the Heart’s {Award Winning} “Crack Dip” as my second source of inspiration.
