Serve granola with yogurt, almond milk, ice cream, or by itself

Ingredients

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons (packed) brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • heaping 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed or other mild tasting oil
