Paratha and today gonna be a healthy breakfast or you can have it for dinner too.The recipe is simple to make and you can make it very easily without any worry about making the flakes.For the first time am making from my cookbook which i bought last year and it contains the yummy recipe collections there.

Paratha is my favorite now and am making paratha recipes twice a week with some healthy fillings there.Yesterday i made this one and proceeded what they have said in the cookbook.The recipe is quite interesting and involves ghee for greasing the rolled paratha.South Indian parotta is my favorite and am used to eat twice a month when am in Tamil Nadu where the parotta is made with all purpose flour or maida,i know this is not good to health and i love the gravy they made with veggies which is spicy and aromatic.
