Tomato Feta Pasta Salad

Tomato Feta Pasta Salad

Hello! It’s Ang from Juggling Act Mama back today to share with you an easy side dish that’s perfect for summer entertaining. I love entertaining in the summer.  It’s so casual and easy, but that doesn’t mean it has to be boring. My Tomato Feta Pasta Salad is quick to make – just a handful of ingredients – and full of flavor!  What you don’t have on hand, you can easily pick up at the grocery store.

This year, I planted tons of herbs, and my Greek oregano is flourishing.  I wanted to make a pasta salad with some of it, and knew feta was the perfect accompaniment.  Think of it as a Greek-inspired pasta salad!  It was a big hit with Mr. Juggling Act, our resident salad-lover.

  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
