  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 large, very ripe bananas (if small or medium, use 4)
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
