Cake Mixes are pretty much standard on American market. In the rest of the world it is not so. Many people from all over the world are reading food blogs and find it difficult to follow recipes that use such products. That is why I’m posting a recipe for Homemade Cake Mix.

To have more control over what you and your family are eating, it is best to make it yourself. Everyone can make a Cake Mix at home and save some money doing it, too. A large batch can be stored for up to a month in refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer.
- 10 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 cups sugar
