When you want to finish vegetables lying in your fridge, you can make the popular South Indian Sambar Sadham. It is a nice medley of rice, lentils and vegetables. It is definitely nutritious and an easy way to incorporate vegetables into your meal. In Tamil Nadu, the dish is known as Sambar Sadham whereas in Karnataka, another similar dish (or even the same) is known as Bise Bele Bath.
