Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups dates pitted - soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp soaking water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan semi-sweet chocolate chunks- melted with 2 tbsp almond milk // double boiler or microwave in 30 second intervals stirring at the end of each 30 seconds until just melted
  • 1 / 2 cup maple roasted pecan pieces// or regular pecans
