Baked Blueberry Scones
I haven’t made this baked blueberry scones recipe in years and now I can’t wait to make it with fresh blueberries from my new blueberry bush. This is not a traditional recipe it’s one I created out of necessity when I could no longer have sugar. This recipe is a migraine safe, low sugar and lactose free. If you are not on a restricted diet please see Katies Tid Bits* below. You can wrap each scone individually and freeze. Then just pop one in the oven for a treat with breakfast or any time. If you keep them wrapped well or in a freezer safe container they can stay in your freezer for up to 6 months. Although mine never make it that long ( wink).
