Summer is officially here, and it’s starting to get hot here in Virginia. Usually that means the start of cocktail season at our house, but now that I’m 30 my body suddenly won’t tolerate the endless stream of sugary, boozy beverages that I want to put into it. Acid reflux and hangovers – they’re no joke, you guys.
So, ya know, I’ve made wine slushie popsicles instead. Totally different. Won’t at all negatively impact my body. Because it’s portion controlled. Or something? [shifty eyes]
Mostly, I’m counting on Dan to eat most of these pops. Popsicles don’t last long in our house, as he tends to eat about 20 of them at a time. For this post, he has demanded a “modeling fee” of “all the popsicles”.
- 1 bottle Moscato wine
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- Popsicle sticks
