Crock Pot Beef Stew ~ Throw it in the Crock Pot and come home to a home cooked meal!
Fall has arrived. The night is cool and the wind is blowing, blustery and a chill in the air. I’m cuddled up in my fave sweats and hoodie of course!
Plus our real fireplace in our new house just got cleaned so I’m super excited to make the hubby build me a blazing fire while I cuddle up on the couch with a big old bowl of this Beef Stew!

- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 in cubes
- 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 4 carrots, sliced
