Slow Cooker Beef and Bell Peppers – a super easy slow cooker meal, all you need is about 10 minutes of prep time and you end up with one delicious meal.
What a gorgeous Sunday we had here. Sunny skies, and warm enough to walk the streets of Canmore where we spent most of our Sunday. Love love love Canmore, The Rocky Mountains everywhere you look. And the stores and restaurants are just the best. I enjoyed some fancy lattes and some great Brazilian meat at the Brazilian BBQ restaurant, where the meat just keeps on coming. If you’re a meat lover, that’s the place to go. And I mean all meat, from any kind of pork, to all kinds of beef, chicken and even chicken hearts, which is a personal favorite of mine. I gotta say I would not mind moving to Canmore. Fresh crisp air and mountain views. Hopefully no bears or cougars around, one can only hope.
