Nutella Fudge with Pistachios and Sea Salt – the combination of sweet from the nutella and the saltiness from the sea salt and the pistachios, well it truly is a marriage made in heaven.
I have probably had fudge once or twice in my life, and I was never a big fan of it. I found it overly sweet and it felt like I was eating sugar. Until now! If you’re a regular reader of mine, well you know how much I adore nutella, and I’ll try all sort of recipes with nutella, including fudge. But I wanted to take this fudge to a new level and added my own spin on it by adding my favorite kind of nuts, pistachios.
- 1 can (10 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz of unsweetened chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup nutella
- ¾ cup pistachios, whole
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sea salt
