  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup edamame beans, shelled (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup yellow corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
