Ingredients

  • Flour (all-purpose, ww, spelt, rye or a combination) – 2 cups
  • Baking Soda – 2 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Buttermilk – 2 Cups
  • Brown Sugar – ¼ Cup
  • Honey – 1/4 cup
  • Raisins – 1 Cup
  • Walnuts, chopped – ½ Cup
  • Pumpkin Seeds, roasted – ½ Cup
  • Sesame or Flax Seeds – ¼ Cup
  • Fresh Rosemary, chopped – 2 Tble
