- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1.5 quart container vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups coarsely chopped mint cream filled chocolate cookies, divided
- 1 - 12.8 ounce jar hot fudge topping
- 1.5 quart container mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 2 cups Cool Whip
