Burgers. Can’t get enough…especially in the summer. To me, there isn’t much that can be compared to a big, juicy burger right off the grill.

- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 8 pieces of cheddar cheese
- 8 mini potato rolls
