A super healthy quinoa muffin recipe, that’s also really scrumptious. There’s no oil, butter or sugar in this recipe; except for the chocolate chips, which add a lovely sweetness to these protein packed muffins.

I’m linking up with Katie from Healthy Diva Life to share with you some marvelous things from this weekend; including a new muffin recipe. This weekend was definitely MARVELOUS! I got in a great workout on Saturday and Sunday; which makes us all feel better. Am I right? On Saturday, I ran 9 miles and then did a Body Pump class. On Sunday, I actually ran outside for the first time in about a month and got in 7 miles. The weather felt great, but I’m always surprised by how much harder my outside runs are and I even use an incline when I run on the treadmill. Anyone else notice this?
