Well hello, there! How are all of my favorite peeps? Hopefully your week is off to a great start. My Monday was actually pretty good and now on to Tuesday. I’m linking up with Lisa from The Skinny on Health for Fit Tip Tuesday and we’re talking exercise and mood.
There are tons of days, especially after a long day of work, that it pretty much takes everything I’ve got to get my workout on. I always tell myself…. “no one ever regrets a workout” and “you will feel so much better”. In the back of my head, though, I wonder if there’s any truth to this. Will I really feel better? Will I feel happier? Is it worth it?
